Congratulations to the 2025 NAATSIHWP Leadership Masterclass Graduates!
Take the next step in your career with this fully funded, culturally grounded program designed to assist NAATSIHWP Full Members in managerial roles to strengthen their leadership skills.
- The Leadership Masterclass is an intensive 10-day program, held across two face-to-face training blocks. The dates of these training blocks are 24 – 28 March and 12 May – 16 May 2025.
- Participation in both training blocks is compulsory. Participants will also be expected to complete engagement tasks following the face-to-face blocks which will take approximately 15 minutes per week.
- The Leadership Masterclass is open to Full NAATSIHWP Members in managerial roles or with management responsibilities. Membership is free and information about becoming a Full Member can be found here .
- The program is fully funded, and all successful delegates will have their travel, accommodation, travel allowance and costs necessary to the program covered by NAATSIHWP.
ASSESSMENT PROCESS
All applications will be assessed by an independent panel and recommendations will be forwarded to the NAATSIHWP CEO and/or Board for final decision. All successful applicants will be notified of the outcome via phone followed by an email confirmation.
Applicants will be assessed against the following criteria:
- Personal motivations and goals align with NAATSIHWP values
- Experience in management positions and demonstrated leadership
- Capability and experience in the health sector
- Professional challenges stunting current career growth
The Leadership Masterclass is a highly competitive program, and NAATSIHWP will only be accepting 10 participants for the 2025 cohort. We encourage applicants to highlight their accomplishments and share their motivations to stand out during the application process.
