To login to the Member's Portal you will need to first become a Full or Student NAATSIHWP Member. Details of our application process to become a member are available on the main page under become a member:

Once you have approved to become a Full or Student Member our Membership support officer will email you details of your login.
To use the NAATSIHWP Member's Portal. You can do this by clicking on the 'Portal login' button on our Home page, and then follow the instructions emailed to you to access the portal.
If you have forgotten your username, you will need to contact NAATSIHWP and we can look it up for you. This can be done using the technical support form and choosing the membership category. Alternatively you can also reach out to us personally through email at
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it and request a new password at the login page for the Member's Portal.
To start recording your CPD details into our CPD Register, you will need to click on 'My CPD Register' - which can be found on the left-hand side underneath the menu items within the Members Portal. Here you can start entering in your information by selecting 'Add a New Record' and then filling in the fields to record the title, date, activity and learning outcome of your CPD exercise. It is best to have all the information with you before starting to complete a record in your CPD Register.
