Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, of the 2024 Annual General
Meeting of the National Association of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and
Practitioners Limited to be held between 4.00pm to 5.00pm (AEDT) on 21 October 2024 via Teams
The AGM will consider the following:
- Ordinary Business
- Audited Financial Statements
- Annual Information Statements and
- Endorsement of the outcomes of the 2024 election for TSI/NPA, SA, and QLD representatives on the NAATSIHWP Board.
